Online Violin Lessons in Merced, California For Sale

Hello! My name is Courtney Morgan, and I teach violin at Arpeggio Conservatory. I have played the violin for over twenty years. Nearly all of my formal training has been in classical technique, but I also play fiddle music. I would be honored to teach you or your child to play the violin. My studio is in Kansas City, but I offer lessons online for students who otherwise might not have the opportunity to study the violin.

^This document^ is for anyone who is considering violin lessons. It includes information about my rates, policies, current openings, and curriculum as well as tips on where to buy your first violin if you do not already have one.
All students and parents of minor students will need to read the relevant sections of the information package and complete and sign the lesson agreement (last page) before their first paid lesson.
DISCLAIMER
In an online lesson, the quality of instruction is not the same because I cannot see the student from all angles, making it more likely that small lapses in technique will go unnoticed until larger problems develop. In-person instruction prevents injury and bad habits in a way online lessons cannot. Therefore, this is not the best option unless the student would otherwise not have the opportunity to study the violin. It is more difficult for children to pay attention in an online lesson, so I only offer online lessons to children under the age of six if a parent is taking lessons with the child and your family situation requires online lessons.
