In some cities you?re not allowed to have any RV parked on the street without a 72 hour permit unless it?s no longer than a standard length van like this one. We?ve had this van conversion parked on the streets, without needing a permit, in every local neighborhood in the past 20 years without a single complaint, warning or citation. Size Matters ? In this case, smaller IS better.

Please note: The pictures make it look nicer than it really is! It's been exposed to the salt air at the beach for the last 20 years. The rust is just patched over and the patching is painted over so the appearance is not so unsightly. The rust does not prevent anything on the RV from functioning properly. The mechanics of the rig are top notch. The exhaust system is the duel type. One tail pipe should eventually be replaced. I believe the mufflers seem to be fine.
